Nutri – Energetic System (NES) |
NES represents a giant leap forward in biotechnologies What is Nutri-Energetic Systems (NES)? Nutri-Energetic Systems (NES) is a revolutionary approach to health resulting from many years research in the fields of Biophysics, Quantum Biology, Mathematics, and Western and Chinese medicine. This research resulted in a map of the human body’s energy field, which helps with coordinating and regulating our physical body. The machine can give a reading of the energy field. The human energy field includes subatomic information pathways that control all body processes. The state of your human body field is always changing according to your physical and emotional state. It records information over our lifetimes. How does NES work? The NES scan quickly gives a reading of your body’s energy field and compares it to the optimum that is encoded in the software of the computer. If the scan reveals any imbalances, then these can be corrected by using imprinted colloidal minerals known as infoceuticals. These remedies support the body’s natural ability to heal itself at a chemical, physical, mental, emotional and informational level. When can NES be given? NES is complementary to any other modality and may enhance the effects of other treatments It is safe to use with any prescription drugs, supplements, pharmaceuticals, homeopathy and herbs. |

Peek a boo! |
Peek a Boo! Yes you, I can see you! Isn’t it strange that we would rather run and hide away from issues, circumstances etc hoping they will just go away and leave us alone……..but you and I know that they don’t, they keep tapping on our locked hearts and minds becoming bigger and more frightening with each and every knock! What we resists persists so, we run faster hide deeper and go into denial until we are often dragged kicking and screaming to face our ogre and with no energy left from running and hiding we are not equipped to deal with whatever situation has made itself known. What if we were, when the first knock came, appreciative of the knock, embraced the information around our circumstance or issue, faced it, learnt from it, dealt with this good information as a friend not an ogre, allowing it to throw light on our situation so we could deal with it effectively, with energy. Perhaps we would find that flexing our hearts, minds and bodies muscles would increase our strength, build us up so should any other ‘perceived’ ogre come knocking we would be able to cope in fact not just cope but flourish, living life clean from stress and inner harassment. People often say to me that it takes courage to face your difficulties, it will cost to deal with what ails us, this may be true but I am sure the cost is equal if not more should we ignore the warnings to address the situation. Anyway where does it say life shouldn’t cost, why shouldn’t we have to work at life? I don’t mean the type of work that grinds one in to the ground but hard work that gives satisfaction, like say an Olympian or mogul who works hard to achieve their goals. I have found that to run and hide is to perpetuate the problem, but standing and addressing it/them builds one up, clears the decks and brings a deep sense of satisfaction. Even our politicians and economists are not immune to this weakness of running and hiding, but I challenge you, yes you, to stop and address whatever it is that is causing you to want to run and hide, because I know that you will not only improve your situation by addressing it, but also build up your inner resources, confidence and skills in dealing with life and all that may come your way. Stop hiding, allow me to help you face your challenges, learn new skills, appreciate hard work, gain inner satisfaction, grow and become more of who you are meant to be! DEEP RELAXTION COULD PLAY A ROLE IN HEALING AND PREVENTING ILLNESS |
DEEP RELAXTION COULD PLAY A ROLE IN HEALING AND PREVENTING ILLNESS Researchers at Harvard Medical School have found that deep relaxation switches off disease-causing genes, while switching on genes that actively protect us from disorders ranging from high blood pressure to pain, infertility and even rheumatoid arthritis. The changes, say the researchers, are the result of what they call the relaxation effect, a phenomenon that could be as powerful as any drug - but without the side effects. In their study, the genetic make-up of people who have been long-term practitioners of relaxation methods such as hypnosis, yoga and meditation were compared with a control group who never practiced these methods, we found that a range of disease-fighting genes were active in the relaxation practitioners but were not active in the control groups" says Dr Herbert Benson from Harvard Medical School, who led the research. However, when the control group practiced relaxation their bodies changed on a genetic level. After two months of practicing relaxation exercises every day, genes that help fight inflammation kill diseased cells and protect the body from cancer and other forms of damage all began to switch on. Not only that, but the benefits increased with regular practice. The research is exciting says Benson, because it shows how our state of mind affects our body on both a physical and genetic level. It also explains how relaxation induced by hypnosis, meditation or yoga or repetitive mantras could play a role in healing and preventing illness. So why is the relaxation effect so powerful? The effects of stress on heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen consumption, immunity and brain activity are a well documented. Under stress, the body's energy is channeled towards survival. Stress hormones are released, heart rate rises and blood pressure shoots up. Our muscles contract and tighten. And non-essential functions such as immunity and digestion go by the wayside. Deep relaxation isn't the sort of switching off you do unwinding with a cup of tea or lounging on the sofa. What you're looking for is a deep state of relaxation where tension is released from the body on a physical level and your mind switches off. We can adopt various techniques, but their biological benefits are all the same. As soon as you relax, the parasympathetic nervous system switches on, and that is linked to better digestion, memory and immunity, amongst other things says Femming, So as long as you learn to relax you will reap the rewards. IMMUNITY When medical students undertook relaxation training during exams, their level of helper cells (that defend against infection and disease) increased significantly, according to a report in the Journal of Behavioural Medicine | FERTILITY Relaxation makes the body more receptive to a successful pregnancy, Even if a woman is ovulating, elevated levels of stress can reduce the risk of conception | BLOOD PRESSURE A study at Harvard Medical School found that relaxation lowered blood pressure by making the body less responsive to stress hormones, in a similar way to blood lowering medication | INFLAMMATION Stress leads to inflammation, a state linked to hear disease, arthritis and skin conditions, such as eczema, Research at Harvard now shows that deep relaxation can help heal and prevent these conditions by reducing inflammation | HEART Relaxation training (self hypnosis etc) can improve the blood flow to the heart, lower cholesterol and lessen the severity of heart attacks according to the research at the Preventative Medicine Research Institute in San Francisco | ASTHMA Relaxation seems to offer relief by diminishing both the emotional upsets that can trigger asthma attacks and the constriction of airways, according to a study in the Journal of Psychosomatic Research | BLOOD SUGAR CONTROL Chilling out could curb appetite by keeping blood sugar stable and help diabetics control their symptoms. In a series of studies on diabetic patients at Duke University Medical Centre North Carolina, relaxation improved their bodies ability to regulate blood sugar | PAIN Patients reported a sharp decrease in pain and related symptoms when they began practicing relaxation methods regularly, according to a study in the Journal of Behavioural Medicine. The patients in the study, who included people suffering from backache, chronic migraine and tension headaches were able to lessen or in some cases, stop the use of painkillers altogether (this was of course done under medical supervision do not stop taking medication unless your GP or care provider advises this) |
