Fully insured and trained in Hypnotherapy, Hypnobirthing®, Rapid Eye Technology (RET), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Life Coaching and HypnoSlimmer among others.

I have worked in the charity and private sector for many years and now I solely devote my time to empowering people using the above approaches.

I work predominantly in North London and South Hertfordshire areas but not exclusively so. I have worked in a number of countries in Europe too.

I also enjoy being invited to speak to groups and organisations who are interested in knowing more about my work.
