Are you seeking a change in habit, smoking, nail biting etc. or are you struggling with a health condition or weight issues, perhaps your issues are more to do with stress and its effects on your body, relationships and life?
I help people help themselves using all the therapies I am trained in - Perhaps I can help you to help you?  I am fully insured and I am trained in Nutri Energetics, Hypnotherapy, Hypnobirthing ®, Rapid Eye Technology (RET), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Life Coaching, MBTI (Myers Briggs Psychological Type Indicator).
I have worked in the charity and private sector for many years and now I solely devote my time to empowering people using the above approaches. I work predominantly in Central and North London, Hertfordshire and Essex areas but not exclusively so. I have worked in a number of countries in Europe too. If are interested in working with me for a particular condition, issue or situation, the first session is usually for about 2 hours and subsequent sessions up to 60 minutes.
